Reflected
Light from an object.
After the Coherent light illuminates an object, the resulting reflection becomes incoherent, but indexed by the original coherent source. The next step of this process is to recombine this reflected light that now contains information about a single point of the object with the original source of coherence and capture the resulting interference pattern on film. Thus a part of the coherent source is used as a canvas to store the picture.
Unlike our eyes or a camera, this process does not focus the light returning from a single point of the object to a single point on the canvas. The light from each single point spreads out to connect with each point of the canvas: thus each portion of the hologram contains the whole picture. If a holographic film is cut into small portions, you would view the same complete scene when the coherent source illuminates any portion. The smaller portions would become fuzzy due to loss of detail.
But not in a way that can be observed as we do a photo or looking with our eyes. The original coherent source must be shined thru the holographic film at the original angle to reconstruct the picture of the object. Thus by changing the angle that the source hits the film, more than one picture can be recorded on a single film. Also as the viewer changes their viewing angle, the objects of the picture change their positions relative to each other in the same way as moving within a real-life scene. GIF.
When this process is biological it is experienced as consciousness or memory. Thus holographic mind [holomind] can have many viewpoints and many levels of resolution from very broad inclusive general [complete], but fuzzy pictures, to pictures with many levels of detail. Thus each broad picture that forgets the details would emerge from a restricted single viewpoint!!
Holomind is written and indexed by Phase Codes.
The phase is changed by the contours of the image: closer parts advance the phase and farther parts retard the phase. It is within the time dimension, so clocks can be a model. It is as if the coherent light is millions of clocks all set to the same time. The clocks that reflect off the object move ahead or behind according to the part of the image they reflect. Clocks are but one example of "alphabets" used to index information just as coherent light of the same source is needed to reconstruct the hologram. Language is an obvious example, but music also contains coherent sources called the time and key signature that index which pitches and timings to use. When we use language to connect with and thus reflect the deep source of coherent sound where the structure of meaning is stored as holomind itself, we experience the beauty of poetry! This beauty is then an actual reflection of how holomind operates: of what it is to be human.
Each clock then spreads out into many clocks that all carry/reflect the same time/phase information in all directions and some go back to combine with the original source to make the hologram. thus each point on the hologram receives information reflected from each point on the image:

is why each point of the hologram contains the whole image.
But one could not get enough strength of information from a single photon to see the image: thus the larger the region used for viewing, the more resolution or detail can be seen!
Thus the level of resolution changes in proportion to the size of the part of the hologram used to reconstruct [remember] the image.
In biological systems using the holographic construction process to construct holoMind, their are different levels of resolution that reconstruct the same "remembered" and present "here-and -now" experiences. Also each part of the biological holomind will receive the same start information, but will self organize in different ways and at different levels of resolution. These levels of resolution result in such diverse actions as danger response, bonding social response, thinking response and withdrawal - hiding.
Music as a model of holomind uses beats and scale-key as coherence and rhythm / melody as mindcode!
The Taoist map of coherence includes the Yang and Yin in an intertwined
pattern that is a wave form as well as a fractal structure of opposites
contained within each other. They are like a circle dance of men and women
holding hands. These figures map the coherence sources necessary to construct
holomind like a laser is needed to construct a physical hologram. Consciousness
is represented by the interlocking or stacking of holomind embedded within
holomind [to the right] and holomind emerging from and encompassing holomind in
larger inclusive maps [to the left]. Our personal Mind becomes real when we
select a coherent source. Prior to this modern age humans selected sources near
the left or right ends of this metaphor representation. Now humans are selecting
sources that include the entire process here illustrated. [Send

Holomind:
The viewpoint that I inherited is that some kind of holographic type of process
is used to create and store memories. The possibility that mind and life
processes started and continue as holograms seems to be missed, especially in
understanding the structure of every cell of our body as containing a map of the
whole human in the DNA. Encoded in the DNA are instructions on how to build and
operate the "body" as well as how to respond to diverse situations and
repel invaders. Holographic mind is part of these instructions: how to build and
operate mind in response to reality of the world after birth. This is a code of
processes and operations, not just of memories. Understanding it as holographic
from the point of view of retrieval means that "situation" for which
the code was created is embedded within the code and when that situation
reappears, it reassembles or accesses the original process and operations
involved in "dealing" with the situation.

"appears" to be or resembles stimulus / response and operand
conditioning.]
It
is holomind itself as it divides each layer of mind into the next fractal phase
space that is creating the diversity and multiplicity of connections and
relationships of love in “God as Love”. The very process of mind is
diversity within unity of love!
Emotion
is the measure of connectedness of this love: from hate/repulsion to
both/indecision/confusion to separation to attraction/desire.
The
knowledge structures as well as all other mental activities are results of
holomind and thus embed the structures of holomind: coherent source having an
orientation that becomes the canvas upon which the mental activities are stored
and the ability to bring this stored material to conscious awareness
by using the original coherent source. These stored mental activities are
not only information but also process and procedures [activities]. Thus the
current reductionist activities of culture and science, as for instance finding
unified theories in physics, has produced a strong coherent canvas that stores
many mathematical activities needed to make consciousness the theories - models
of quantum mechanics, relativity or complex systems. Yet the scientific method
asserts that unlike religions, the coherent source may not be completely
coherent at all places, and makes room for improvement of this coherence.
Other
mental activities that have emerged for millennium such as music clearly model
holomind and consciousness, and the fact that they emerged in all regions of the
world can be seen as evidence that meets the scientific criteria of objectivity.
The
0's and 1's of the data pages are translated into pixels of the spatial light
modulator that either block or transmit light.
This
process is mapped by the I Ching: a single frequency or level of resolution
holds many levels –dimensions of phase structure that either blocks [Yin] or
transmits [Yang] which is phase information. Thus a single degree of the zodiac
[mapped as one earth day] is split into 4 by mercury and ~2 by Venus. The earth
splits the orbits of the outer planets as they traverse 1 degree into 2 or 12 or
30 or 84 or 164. these coherences
are then mapped as levels of resolution or number of bits of information
collected to inform a decision or other processes. These frequencies can be the
basis of holomind.
So
today emerged the structure of holomind that the phase structure written on the
coherent canvas is a recognizer function – process that connects with
environmental [out there] objects having the same structure: just as holographic
“memory” reconstructs or becomes conscious of “stuff” written with the
same phase code! Even though material at other resolution levels are different
– unique: belonging to the objects processes.
Thus
the content description may change but the internal element relationships of the
“object” have the same holocode structure!

Language,
Music, the Arts, and human Culture already offer models of mind/body more
precise than anything yet thought of in science, medicine or psychology. Yet new
developments in science are beginning to catch up: namely holography, fractals
and self organizing neural networks with fuzzy logic. These obtuse subjects are
made simple when we understand that these are the newcomers on the block of
seeing directly into the nature of Mind/body.
What
are we learning?
In
the 1970’s modern science discovered that the way the mind records and
processes information has a similar structure to the way a hologram is
constructed. In the mind and the hologram coherent sources are used, and
coherent light is found in a laser. It is where all the crests and troughs of
the light wave are lined up in step with each other: they march in time. Then
this highly bright intense light is divided into 2 parts: one part reflects off
the object to be pictured and recombines with the original half as if it were a
canvas that was being painted on. So knowing the mind and consciousness is
finding this lined up coherence. It exhibits itself as Rules and consistent
structure. Research into the mathematical structure of neural networks call it
“Data-in Rules-out”. Personal computers are very consistent because of the
way they are constructed and because as the evolved over the last 20 years self
organized by consumer preferences those systems that were the most consistent
and open to all users regardless of education level. They moved away from being
the tools of the few specialists. The development in this direction of Microsoft
Windows made Bill Gates the richest man on earth. A quick note on how this
happened. In the early 70’s Zerox did a study using children from 5 to 12
years old in a room to see how they interacted with computers. They approached
the screen and pointed to things and to pictures. The result was the mouse as a
pointing device and the graphic interface of consistent windows. When you learn
one you learn them all! This is the real coherence as the canvas that all
computer companies can paint their programs. It is the same mind that is pointed
to by the time and key signature in music. When this musical mind is violated we
know instantly that something is out of tune or not in rhythm because our mind
is constructed on the same principles. When you learn the basics of windows it
will be music to your eyes!
My
idea of holotime needs translation into history and “karma – rebirth”
ideas in the same way music is fractally related to what went before in
multidimensional structure process!

What
is a Hologram?
First
is COHERENCE. This is illustrated on the right.
Coherence
means many “things” are lined up in space and/or time. Coherence in
“space” shows how separate “things” or energies are connected by
simultaneous operation or behavior: they line up. There are countless examples,
but laser light is the one used for the development of the first holograms.
Repeating cycles are good examples of coherence in time. Waves, walking,
seasons, and clocks repeat regularly: they divide repetitions into phases: crest
and trough, left foot and right foot, day and night, summer and winter, and
hours.
These
phases or steps line up in coherent processes: they work together. In laser
light this working together means that the individual light waves emitted by
individual atoms reinforce and amplify their total energy. But this is really
the result of their being in phase: the sequence of steps is the same [constant]
for all. They now belong together: they have an association, a connection that
can be relied on and used to create a hologram.
The
process is to split off part of the coherent source and use it to get new
information by shinning it on the object which reflects the light back to
recombine with the original source. The information is then contained in how the
phases shifted: a pattern of phase information.
This
is not difficult to understand when we know the other names for phase spaces:
alphabets, numbers, and in music key and time signatures. Thus the words that
you are reading are holographic codes!
Thus
the coherent structure that is the basis of mind becomes based on arbitrary
connections, not on any extension of biological connections. This was – is
mapped by 20th Century Western classical music, especially atonal or
12-tone music.
The
way in which a key signature as a single source of coherence can support
multiple melodies and harmony maps how an underlying coherence [that David Bohm
called the implicate order, but there are multiple coherences!] supports change
and self organization.
The
focus of the observer being in a phase space is seen as sets of plans and
objectives / goals. These can be mistaken for accomplishments or identity.
[quantum psychology]
This
is where both observer and focus use the
same coherence at different orientations. I will explore the similarity or
identity with DNA and RNA as being one of the primary levels of holomind dyads
that create life. These dyads are what we refer to as consciousness as an
interrelationship of 2 processes: one as holographic code and the next as
processing that code in its own phase space!
Completeability:
It a “energy” of holomind as well as of matter. In science it is defined as
the requirement of any new idea or theory to be completeable within the context
of all known “Laws” and truth. Any point or location of a hologram and of
holomind has the complete information of the context of the object of the
hologram. All electron shells connect with other elements until the shells are
complete. This is a “power” or dimension of Reality. So is self organization
part of this inner need of reality for completion. Coherence is a “in step”
or “lining up” that results in completion because there is no contradiction
and cancellation. The Tia Chi unity is a completion of Yin and Yang. The phase
spaces result in a new level of completion by the next level of holomind. So the
phase as detail or as a piece of a puzzle looks for completion at the next
level?
Hidden
order also refers to the gap and to the 3D ape mind, which remains hidden
because we have it without using it. Thus this part of mind evolved without maps
that synergized any direct connection with “tree logic”.

1. How to develop a general systems approach to understanding the process
of evolution of the biosphere, and 2.
How to describe the human species within the same parameters as total evolution,
while maintaining intellectually consistent integrity in the context of the
great concerns of humans thru out the centuries of recorded systems of thought;
including Astrology, Religion, and Acupuncture. Integrity requires consistency
with present day science, but does not call for limiting myself to only current
discoveries and theories. Following the logical implications in the ancient
wisdoms thru my own intuition of their roots, I predict new areas of discovery
which for me have resolved the conflicts and presented a unified view of science
and ancient wisdoms. I have approached these ancient wisdoms as having
degenerated data structures and logical structures generated as specific
resolutions to problems in other cultures and at other times. I have stripped
away these structures to find the root intuition, then find the correlations
pointed to within our modern scientific knowledge. [Of course there are no
direct, obvious correlations. Science is part of the revolt against religious
dogma, and proponents of mind as a separate entity never bothered to look at
possible theories of field structures being an organizing principle in molecular
biology.]
Where to start in developing the idea that genetic material is
the hologram of the biosphere. The biosphere itself is the instable structure
between 3 dimensional solid earth of crystals, rock, minerals, metals and the
chaos arrangement of energies in sky of gas, stars and other cosmic structures.
This intermediate region between the orderliness of inorganic earth and the
chaos of randomly moving gas (total diversity) can be described as having a
fractal shape of 1/F which has been recently studied in books, papers by
Mandelbrot and others. They demonstrate that most shapes and decision nets (such
as `good' music) found in the biosphere have this same shape. Well, this was
outlined centuries ago in Taoist theory and in acupuncture and is one of the
great themes of Astrology. This synchronicity of structures, I propose, is built
into the genetic material as a matrix of all of evolution.
This consciousness is constructed from procedures which deal with the
operation and manipulation of `Reality' as an ecological situation. Thus the
moment of awareness is the result of sets of plans, procedures and evaluations
which have already completed all calculations necessary for the next or any
continuation of actions. In the human species one of the ecological situations
is what we call a `self'. This allows one or more alternative awareness’s to
be simultaneously produced, any of which is a complete potential behavior which
may be chosen to be put into motion. We refer to the first moment of awareness
as instinct or feeling and the set of alternatives as indexed by `thinking' and
words as a self experiencing reality out `there' removed from or standing
outside of `experience' in `time'.
Peace
comes from the neocortex but is not determined by same!
I
call this process-consciousness mapped between melody and rhythm as two levels
of holomind a dyad. This map extends in the holographic universe all the way to
the quantum mechanical basis of all matter. This maps matter as the most stable
subset of holomind which is always changing and transforming. Thus the next
dimensions beyond the space-time dimensions of matter are connection and
self-organization.
This
self organization based on coherence is mapped as the creator God or the Buddha
Mind. After the organization of single cells, dyads allowed the cells to
organize as multicellular life forms, and then to form organs and the most
obvious dyad: sexual reproduction. Additional dyads that had the same shape
allowed the formation of family groups and cultures: and thus “mankind”
[human-kind] was born [created] as in the story of Genesis “God [Dyad] created
man [dyad] in his image”. The story of the creation of “woman” is also
with holomind significance: “Adams rib” is a half of a complete ribcage
cycle [circle] which is dividing the mankind coherence into half cycles of Yang
and Yin! They already existed! Just look at the electron pairs of electron
shells!
These
dyads of the organ systems, individual animals and family systems derive there
coherent sources from dyads found in our local cosmos: the solar system. [this
is not Astrology]. When proto-humans undertook the adventure
of leaving the forest and evolved into humans, they incorporated another
dyad level of holomind that is recognized as the maps produced by language and
the Arts. [left / right brain which are both equally productive. The B.S. about
the right brain being merely … comes
from the above mentioned separation of consciousness]. This allowed the self
referent map of individual “ego” and human thought to emerge which derived
its holomind source of coherence from the “individual” objects [Stars,
planets, Sun, Moon and Earth rotation] of the cosmos. And thus was born “Fate
and Karma”, along with maps based on “thought events” separated from
consciousness dyadic process. [as mentioned before in the model of music
analyzed note by note or a picture viewed thru a movable pinhead sized hole.
The
most important map is music. It has the same real shape as holomind: the
structural basis is real coherent sources, namely the key signature and time
signature. There is self consciousness in the process of the holocode of the key
which is the melodic [mind] code is always aware and fits / lines up with the
time / rhythm code. This is a coherence in two dimensions of time and 2D
frequency space. Also there exist space for multiple holomind codes in harmony
and counterpoint of multiple interacting holomind orientations. This models
distributed processes and layers of cultural mind: the self /ego / observer, the
other [or focus?] or partner [Gemini], and the group support mind. The “laws
of harmony” are also a map of holomind: the listener has immediate recognition
of correct / incorrect harmony / dissonance. This immediate “consciousness”
that precedes any possible thought and appears fully formed without going thru
any set of steps or procedure is a characteristic of holomind. No matter how
small or where a portion of a physical hologram is viewed, the whole picture is
immediately present. Whereas with a ordinary photograph, each portion contains
only portion or detail of the whole. Thus if one looked at a normal picture thru
a movable covering with a hole the size of the head of a pin, one would need to
make many moves [in a coherent way] to recognize the picture. This is a strong
map of thought processes.
With
looking at music in this same moment by moment detached way, the [self]
consciousness is lost because the coherence between the time and melody is lost
and the melody becomes an object. This musical model of the thought process
shows that when the higher dimensional mind “melody” is abstracted from the
lower “subconscious” mind of rhythm, one would come up with maps based on
how the analysis or thought process self structures itself. So the rules that
would recognize one piece of music would not apply to all others because the
time signature can change! But isn’t this a map of religion and science which
discards the reptilian brain [rhythm] and subjectivism [melody] in understanding
the coherence of “reality”. But what they have come up with is a reality
without consciousness in science and only one consciousness [God] in religion.
To this day even 40 years after the first introduction of a holographic paradigm
of mind, there is not one good
model of consciousness.
The
salient feature is the completeness of perception which arrives to this object
we call self fully formed and ready to `go'. We label this experience habit or
automatic reaction. Thus we `experience' our reality as an interaction between a
`self' and inanimate objects of perception. My description of the situation is
that every object that I perceive including myself contains an internal
operational mental map complete with feelings, predictions of possible
behaviours, and everything that is described as a `self'. Our `SELF' is just
such an `OBJECT' with the illusion of being in charge of the situation. These
sets of choices or `objects' of consciousness are abstractions of functional
interactions in an ecology. They develop as a mapping or correspondence of all
of the major animal groups onto a human social group.
This is a viewpoint of evolution as development of functional
operational survival skills, which in turn generates the necessary biological
systems. This is not a vague reworking of `mind of god thinking the world', but
is based on new understanding of operational logics linked to `Joseph Effect'
1/F fractals generated by cosmic movements and interaction of earth - moon - sun
- planets - galaxy and their orbital elements over evolutionary periods of time.
This is a functional model. The biological physical mechanisms are developed not
by accidental mutation, but by functional intention as the necessity to develop
new skills to compete in a ecosystem.
The starting point is an intuitive understanding and investigation of the
functional nature of consciousness and awareness. My sensual, nonverbal
experience of a world out there and of a `self' that is experiencing and acting
in that environment is constructed of operational procedures. Every `object'
that is seen is represented by my mental `apparatus' in terms of rules and
procedures of how I will act upon it, interact with it, or use it. This includes
the internal sense of `I', which is only a more complex version of the mental
construction of external objects. Thus, we can only `recognize' objects which
fit into our internal `map - system of the world and how it works' For instance,
we have almost totally lost the fine recognition of the meaning of the odor of
other humans or animals as exchange of personal information or of environmental
signs and medicinal use of plants, etc by odor. The advantage of our senses
evolving in this manner is that the moment of awareness is constructed from
plans of action and interaction with the objects of awareness as they fit in our
`scheme of things'. There is not the slightest difference between consciousness
and action, yet we feel a separation between our consciousness and decision to
act or not to act. The human mind - thinking apparatus consciousness of `self'
is defined within this context as a
time delay mechanism: a sort of freeze frame mechanism in the motion - flow of
action of the `world'. The same mechanism is a common survival strategy in
animals that remain motionless in their environmental setting so as not to be
noticed by predators with acute motion detection but without color vision. More
on the technical mathematical nature of mind as made of procedures which are
distributed like holograms and fractals and their connection with the cosmos as
a generating the logical elements of those procedures later in this paper.
Hologram
is the context of consciousness and sensation is how life processes this basis.
The 8 consciousness of Buddhism which includes thought and ego/possession. Art
and music is processing of the shared hologram of a language group. Drama and
government and other games are processing in order to create representations
called reality.
Some
acknowledgement is made in the role of intuition in science as in the dream of
the intertwined snakes that suggested the shape of DNA. But little is spoken of
the parellel constructions in Modern Art and science. One example is the
beginning of using the infitessimal in the development of Calculus and the same
time development of tempered tuning by altering the tuning of some intervals by
an "infitesimal" amount which led to the possible movement from key to
key which is at the beginning of our modern Western musical traditions at the
time of J. S. Bach. I will talk about the implications of this in later
chapters.
Complete
model: not only will a model of mind and consciousness emerge from known levels
of “material” reality as EMF and quanta, but the model will also have the
power to explain all previous models and thought structures.
The

we zoom in at each point there could be a different shuffle of cards which can
play a different game, or the same shuffle at each point as holocode that allows
different games as viewpoints to emerge! Thus the different levels of holomind
have different phase spaces that result in different “sets” as chakras that

difference between information holograms and process holomind: the cards are
played by the next layer of holomind or the next “fractal scale” [since
fractals in reality is a model of holomind layering process]. At each point of
the same code and same game the “viewpoint” difference can be modeled as a
different start card that my build in descending or ascending order.

Waves, walking, seasons, and clocks repeat regularly: they divide repetitions into phases: crest and trough, left foot and right foot, day and night, summer and winter, and hours.
These phases or steps line up in coherent processes: they work together. In laser light this working together means that the individual light waves emitted by individual atoms reinforce and amplify their total energy. But this is really the result of their being in phase: the sequence of steps is the same [constant] for all. They now belong together: they have an association, a connection that can be relied on and used to create a hologram.
The process is to split off part of the coherent source and use it to get new information by shinning it on the object which reflects the light back to recombine with the original source. The information is then contained in how the phases shifted: a pattern of phase information.
This is not difficult to understand when we know the other names for phase spaces: alphabets, numbers, and in music key and time signatures. Thus the words that you are reading are holographic codes!
Thus the coherent structure that is the basis of mind becomes based on arbitrary connections, not on any extension of biological connections. This was – is mapped by 20th Century Western classical music, especially atonal or 12-tone music.
The way in which a key signature as a single source of coherence can support multiple melodies and harmony maps how an underlying coherence [that David Bohm called the implicate order, but there are multiple coherences!] supports change and self organization.
The focus of the observer being in a phase space is seen as sets of plans and objectives / goals. These can be mistaken for accomplishments or identity. [quantum psychology]
This is where both observer and focus use the same coherence at different orientations. I will explore the similarity or identity with DNA and RNA as being one of the primary levels of holomind dyads that create life. These dyads are what we refer to as consciousness as an interrelationship of 2 processes: one as holographic code and the next as processing that code in its own phase space!
Completeability: It a “energy” of holomind as well as of matter. In science it is defined as the requirement of any new idea or theory to be completeable within the context of all known “Laws” and truth. Any point or location of a hologram and of holomind has the complete information of the context of the object of the hologram. All electron shells connect with other elements until the shells are complete. This is a “power” or dimension of Reality. So is self organization part of this inner need of reality for completion. Coherence is a “in step” or “lining up” that results in completion because there is no contradiction and cancellation. The Tia Chi unity is a completion of Yin and Yang. The phase spaces result in a new level of completion by the next level of holomind. So the phase as detail or as a piece of a puzzle looks for completion at the next level?
Hidden order also refers to the gap and to the 3D ape mind, which remains hidden because we have it without using it. Thus this part of mind evolved without maps that synergized any direct connection with “tree logic”.

1. How to develop a general systems approach to understanding the process
of evolution of the biosphere, and 2.
How to describe the human species within the same parameters as total evolution,
while maintaining intellectually consistent integrity in the context of the
great concerns of humans thru out the centuries of recorded systems of thought;
including Astrology, Religion, and Acupuncture. Integrity requires consistency
with present day science, but does not call for limiting myself to only current
discoveries and theories. Following the logical implications in the ancient
wisdoms thru my own intuition of their roots, I predict new areas of discovery
which for me have resolved the conflicts and presented a unified view of science
and ancient wisdoms. I have approached these ancient wisdoms as having
degenerated data structures and logical structures generated as specific
resolutions to problems in other cultures and at other times. I have stripped
away these structures to find the root intuition, then find the correlations
pointed to within our modern scientific knowledge. [Of course there are no
direct, obvious correlations. Science is part of the revolt against religious
dogma, and proponents of mind as a separate entity never bothered to look at
possible theories of field structures being an organizing principle in molecular
biology.]
Where
to start in developing the idea that genetic material is the hologram of the
biosphere. The biosphere itself is the instable structure between 3 dimensional
solid earth of crystals, rock, minerals, metals and the chaos arrangement of
energies in sky of gas, stars and other cosmic structures. This intermediate
region between the orderliness of inorganic earth and the chaos of randomly
moving gas (total diversity) can be described as having a fractal shape of 1/F
which has been recently studied in books, papers by Mandelbrot and others. They
demonstrate that most shapes and decision nets (such as `good' music) found in
the biosphere have this same shape. Well, this was outlined centuries ago in
Taoist theory and in acupuncture and is one of the great themes of Astrology.
This synchronicity of structures, I propose, is built into the genetic material
as a matrix of all of evolution. This
consciousness is constructed from procedures which deal with the operation and
manipulation of `Reality' as an ecological situation. Thus the moment of
awareness is the result of sets of plans, procedures and evaluations which have
already completed all calculations necessary for the next or any continuation of
actions. In the human species one of the ecological situations is what we call a
`self'. This allows one or more alternative awareness’s to be simultaneously
produced, any of which is a complete potential behavior which may be chosen to
be put into motion. We refer to the first moment of awareness as instinct or
feeling and the set of alternatives as indexed by `thinking' and words as a self
experiencing reality out `there' removed from or standing outside of
`experience' in `time'.
Peace comes from the neocortex but is not determined by same!
I call this process-consciousness mapped between melody and rhythm as two levels of holomind a dyad. This map extends in the holographic universe all the way to the quantum mechanical basis of all matter. This maps matter as the most stable subset of holomind which is always changing and transforming. Thus the next dimensions beyond the space-time dimensions of matter are connection and self-organization.
This self organization based on coherence is mapped as the creator God or the Buddha Mind. After the organization of single cells, dyads allowed the cells to organize as multicellular life forms, and then to form organs and the most obvious dyad: sexual reproduction. Additional dyads that had the same shape allowed the formation of family groups and cultures: and thus “mankind” [human-kind] was born [created] as in the story of Genesis “God [Dyad] created man [dyad] in his image”. The story of the creation of “woman” is also with holomind significance: “Adams rib” is a half of a complete ribcage cycle [circle] which is dividing the mankind coherence into half cycles of Yang and Yin! They already existed! Just look at the electron pairs of electron shells!
These dyads of the organ systems, individual animals and family systems derive there coherent sources from dyads found in our local cosmos: the solar system. [this is not Astrology]. When proto-humans undertook the adventure of leaving the forest and evolved into humans, they incorporated another dyad level of holomind that is recognized as the maps produced by language and the Arts. [left / right brain which are both equally productive. The B.S. about the right brain being merely … comes from the above mentioned separation of consciousness]. This allowed the self referent map of individual “ego” and human thought to emerge which derived its holomind source of coherence from the “individual” objects [Stars, planets, Sun, Moon and Earth rotation] of the cosmos. And thus was born “Fate and Karma”, along with maps based on “thought events” separated from consciousness dyadic process. [as mentioned before in the model of music analyzed note by note or a picture viewed thru a movable pinhead sized hole.
The most important map is music. It has the same real shape as holomind: the structural basis is real coherent sources, namely the key signature and time signature. There is self consciousness in the process of the holocode of the key which is the melodic [mind] code is always aware and fits / lines up with the time / rhythm code. This is a coherence in two dimensions of time and 2D frequency space. Also there exist space for multiple holomind codes in harmony and counterpoint of multiple interacting holomind orientations. This models distributed processes and layers of cultural mind: the self /ego / observer, the other [or focus?] or partner [Gemini], and the group support mind. The “laws of harmony” are also a map of holomind: the listener has immediate recognition of correct / incorrect harmony / dissonance. This immediate “consciousness” that precedes any possible thought and appears fully formed without going thru any set of steps or procedure is a characteristic of holomind. No matter how small or where a portion of a physical hologram is viewed, the whole picture is immediately present. Whereas with a ordinary photograph, each portion contains only portion or detail of the whole. Thus if one looked at a normal picture thru a movable covering with a hole the size of the head of a pin, one would need to make many moves [in a coherent way] to recognize the picture. This is a strong map of thought processes.
With looking at music in this same moment by moment detached way, the [self] consciousness is lost because the coherence between the time and melody is lost and the melody becomes an object. This musical model of the thought process shows that when the higher dimensional mind “melody” is abstracted from the lower “subconscious” mind of rhythm, one would come up with maps based on how the analysis or thought process self structures itself. So the rules that would recognize one piece of music would not apply to all others because the time signature can change! But isn’t this a map of religion and science which discards the reptilian brain [rhythm] and subjectivism [melody] in understanding the coherence of “reality”. But what they have come up with is a reality without consciousness in science and only one consciousness [God] in religion. To this day even 40 years after the first introduction of a holographic paradigm of mind, there is not one good model of consciousness.
The
salient feature is the completeness of perception which arrives to this object
we call self fully formed and ready to `go'. We label this experience habit or
automatic reaction. Thus we `experience' our reality as an interaction between a
`self' and inanimate objects of perception. My description of the situation is
that every object that I perceive including myself contains an internal
operational mental map complete with feelings, predictions of possible
behaviours, and everything that is described as a `self'. Our `SELF' is just
such an `OBJECT' with the illusion of being in charge of the situation. These
sets of choices or `objects' of consciousness are abstractions of functional
interactions in an ecology. They develop as a mapping or correspondence of all
of the major animal groups onto a human social group.
This
is a viewpoint of evolution as development of functional operational survival
skills, which in turn generates the necessary biological systems. This is not a
vague reworking of `mind of god thinking the world', but is based on new
understanding of operational logics linked to `Joseph Effect' 1/F fractals
generated by cosmic movements and interaction of earth - moon - sun - planets -
galaxy and their orbital elements over evolutionary periods of time. This is a
functional model. The biological physical mechanisms are developed not by
accidental mutation, but by functional intention as the necessity to develop new
skills to compete in a ecosystem.
The starting point is an intuitive understanding and investigation of the
functional nature of consciousness and awareness. My sensual, nonverbal
experience of a world out there and of a `self' that is experiencing and acting
in that environment is constructed of operational procedures. Every `object'
that is seen is represented by my mental `apparatus' in terms of rules and
procedures of how I will act upon it, interact with it, or use it. This includes
the internal sense of `I', which is only a more complex version of the mental
construction of external objects. Thus, we can only `recognize' objects which
fit into our internal `map - system of the world and how it works' For instance,
we have almost totally lost the fine recognition of the meaning of the odor of
other humans or animals as exchange of personal information or of environmental
signs and medicinal use of plants, etc by odor. The advantage of our senses
evolving in this manner is that the moment of awareness is constructed from
plans of action and interaction with the objects of awareness as they fit in our
`scheme of things'. There is not the slightest difference between consciousness
and action, yet we feel a separation between our consciousness and decision to
act or not to act. The human mind - thinking apparatus consciousness of `self'
is defined within this context as a
time delay mechanism: a sort of freeze frame mechanism in the motion - flow of
action of the `world'. The same mechanism is a common survival strategy in
animals that remain motionless in their environmental setting so as not to be
noticed by predators with acute motion detection but without color vision. More
on the technical mathematical nature of mind as made of procedures which are
distributed like holograms and fractals and their connection with the cosmos as
a generating the logical elements of those procedures later in this paper.
Hologram is the context of consciousness and sensation is how life processes this basis. The 8 consciousness of Buddhism which includes thought and ego/possession. Art and music is processing of the shared hologram of a language group. Drama and government and other games are processing in order to create representations called reality.
Some acknowledgement is made in
the role of intuition in science as in the dream of the intertwined snakes that
suggested the shape of DNA. But little is spoken of the parellel constructions
in Modern Art and science. One example is the beginning of using the
infitessimal in the development of Calculus and the same time development of
tempered tuning by altering the tuning of some intervals by an
"infitesimal" amount which led to the possible movement from key to
key which is at the beginning of our modern Western musical traditions at the
time of J. S. Bach. I will talk about the implications of this in later
chapters.
Complete model: not only will a model of mind and consciousness emerge from known levels of “material” reality as EMF and quanta, but the model will also have the power to explain all previous models and thought structures.
The alife CA running as Java applet shows points on the screen like the GO board. If we zoom in at each point there could be a different shuffle of cards which can play a different game, or the same shuffle at each point as holocode that allows different games as viewpoints to emerge! Thus the different levels of holomind have different phase spaces that result in different “sets” as chakras that have different process structures. Thus cards as holocode clearly shows the difference between information holograms and process holomind: the cards are played by the next layer of holomind or the next “fractal scale” [since fractals in reality is a model of holomind layering process]. At each point of the same code and same game the “viewpoint” difference can be modeled as a different start card that my build in descending or ascending order.
Holomind: The viewpoint that I inherited is that some kind of holographic type of process is used to create and store memories. The possibility that mind and life processes started and continue as holograms seems to be missed, especially in understanding the structure of every cell of our body as containing a map of the whole human in the DNA. Encoded in the DNA are instructions on how to build and operate the "body" as well as how to respond to diverse situations and repel invaders. Holographic mind is part of these instructions: how to build and operate mind in response to reality of the world after birth. This is a code of processes and operations, not just of memories. Understanding it as holographic from the point of view of retrieval means that "situation" for which the code was created is embedded within the code and when that situation reappears, it reassembles or accesses the original process and operations involved in "dealing" with the situation.
[This "appears" to be or resembles stimulus / response and operand conditioning.]
It is holomind itself as it divides each layer of mind into the next fractal phase space that is creating the diversity and multiplicity of connections and relationships of love in “God as Love”. The very process of mind is diversity within unity of love!
Emotion is the measure of connectedness of this love: from hate/repulsion to both/indecision/confusion to separation to attraction/desire.
The knowledge structures as well as all other mental activities are results of holomind and thus embed the structures of holomind: coherent source having an orientation that becomes the canvas upon which the mental activities are stored and the ability to bring this stored material to conscious awareness by using the original coherent source. These stored mental activities are not only information but also process and procedures [activities]. Thus the current reductionist activities of culture and science, as for instance finding unified theories in physics, has produced a strong coherent canvas that stores many mathematical activities needed to make consciousness the theories - models of quantum mechanics, relativity or complex systems. Yet the scientific method asserts that unlike religions, the coherent source may not be completely coherent at all places, and makes room for improvement of this coherence.
Other mental activities that have emerged for millennium such as music clearly model holomind and consciousness, and the fact that they emerged in all regions of the world can be seen as evidence that meets the scientific criteria of objectivity.
The 0's and 1's of the data pages are translated into pixels of the spatial light modulator that either block or transmit light.
This process is mapped by the I Ching: a single frequency or level of resolution holds many levels –dimensions of phase structure that either blocks [Yin] or transmits [Yang] which is phase information. Thus a single degree of the zodiac [mapped as one earth day] is split into 4 by mercury and ~2 by Venus. The earth splits the orbits of the outer planets as they traverse 1 degree into 2 or 12 or 30 or 84 or 164. these coherences are then mapped as levels of resolution or number of bits of information collected to inform a decision or other processes. These frequencies can be the basis of holomind.
So today emerged the structure of holomind that the phase structure written on the coherent canvas is a recognizer function – process that connects with environmental [out there] objects having the same structure: just as holographic “memory” reconstructs or becomes conscious of “stuff” written with the same phase code! Even though material at other resolution levels are different – unique: belonging to the objects processes.
Thus the content description may change but the internal
element relationships of the “object” have the same holocode structure!
159 Basic properties of the holographic process that apply to Formation of life:
Structured
[constructed] using coherent sources [lasers] as the source that
"maps" structures in phase space that is then self referently recorded
on the original coherence making a pattern the differs from both the original
source or the mapping.
The
information contained in the "map pattern" is reconstructed
[re-membered or viewed] by reapplying the original coherent source to the
recorded pattern.
Since no source of coherence or any other structure outside or different from the original coherence is used to or is part of this process it is wholly self contained, self referent and a self organizing process.

Holograms can be overlayered by using the same coherent source from
different angles of combination or by using coherent sources of different
frequencies.
